401k sounds extremely generous on its surface, however the firm does not match your contributions at all for about 3 years.
Good insurance benefits, as well as 401K
Unlimited PTO for attorneys, 4 months paid maternity leave, medical, dental vision coverage, no 401 k matching for associate attorneys
Benefits are one of the only good things about Littler
the health insurance is awesome. it is comprehensive and and the cost seems fair. 401 k matching is awesome. they match up to 6%. they will allow you to take up to 12 weeks for maternity leave but if you are not salaried they only pay you 60% of you income up to $500 a week and only for 6-8 weeks if your baby was birth vaginal or c-section. they rest of your time off is unpaid. you also have to pay for your benefits once you return to work.
Ok benefits but the biggest drawback is not being able to work from home if you are an hourly employee. There are many hourly employees at this location and the work done at this location could easily be done from home.
Generous benefits and paid time off. Health insurance is better than average. Overall satisified with benefits package.
Decent healthcare benefits and dental. You also have plenty of options. They do not, however, match 401 K.
Benefits are solid but it can differ slightly depending on years with the firm.
Amazing benefits package- generous vacation time and they provide paid holidays and paid bereavement leave.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
