Life Insurance for Hourly folks is not a PPO but and EPO and that’s a huge difference for a Trash Plan that is offered by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Anthem is the Walmart plan for Blue Cross and Live Nation aught to be ashamed to offer it.i understand Salaried employees have much better insurance.

They offer the BCBS (Anthem) CDHP to most employees. It's a good plan for how healthcare is going now. The HSA plan that pairs with it is okay.

Its the standard Health Insurance. I do notice that there isnt an HMO plan...mainly for PPO. Not sure if this is a good thing or bad but it would be nice to have additional options.

The best thing about Live Nation Health Care Benefit is the amount of physicians that are able to assist you "in-network". The worst thing is the coverage actually received. Prescriptions are expensive and so are out of pocket co-pays for x-rays and ultrasounds.
