Great benefits with lots of additional perks. There are no bad aspects of the benefits, now if the salaries matched the quality of the benefits this company would deserve its ranking for second best company to work for.
Excellent coverage & very affordable.
Got $300 bonus if worked 27+ shows.
Plenty of PTO, six month maternity leave or 3 month paternity leave. Four free concert tickets to any Live Nation Show
Interns were not given benefits
The health insurance was one of the best anywhere I've worked. It wasn't free but was only a small percentage of your salary. If you didn't make a lot, it didn't cost a lot.
There are no benefits to speak of unless you buy a medical indemnity plan that covers yourself plus a spouse....for $300/month.
low cost medical, pet friendly, free concerts
Company tries to sell its name with "ticket perks", in which employees still must purchase at face value. All the events you WANT are typically sold out and/or blacked out. Only real "free" events are events AT a Live Nation venue, in which you get a "grass pass" to sit in the field. 401k matches $0.50 for every dollar. Medical is so-so. Managers and higher get "Discretional/Unlimited" vacation, which may seem appealing, but you will be discouraged and realize you've taken LESS than what a normally accrued PTO would offer, and you do not get to "cash out" if you leave the company.
They tell you that you can request tickets for a show but there is no guarantee that you will actually get them and you can't enjoy the show when you work. Which is something they use to try to sell you on the position when you get interviewed.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
