We offer comprehensive paid time off options that fit your lifestyle and individual needs. Manager level and above employees partake in a unlimited vacation plan at management discretion.
Pros: 2 personal days and 5 "dependent sick" (separate from your own sick) Cons: Only 10 vacation days (that can't roll over) for the first 5 years. Only 5 sick days per year (but they can roll over and accumulate).
Hourly employees cannot roll over hour from year to year with a certain max like most companies. It’s use it or lose it every year. I understand Salaried Employees have different rules
They have managers on a non-accrual based plan, which is good and bad, I think, depending on your personality. You take whatever time you need as long as your manager approves it, but you don't accrue time, so if you leave, there is no vacation pay-out. I think it works well for most people, but you can't be timid about asking for days off, or you'll get burned out.
Decent work/life balance. Standard holiday's off.
Seniors and below can take advantage of getting paid while taking time off. However, for Managers and above, they do not accrue PTO time. They basically can take as much time off provided that its been approved by their superiors.
Standard and good but you're unlikely to use. Higher magnet gets as many vacation days as they want.
Vacation?? What vacation?? Terrible work/life balance at Live Nation. I don't know anyone who used their vacation days or paid time off.
LYV only gives their employees 2 weeks off with 2 weeks off for December. Ticketmaster gets 3 weeks off and adds another week every 5 years, along with the 2 weeks off for December. Glad I work for TM. :D
Very good- you get up to 2 weeks off paid off in December - January.
I was given vacation time during my internship
