    The best perk of Live Oak Bank is the Health and Wellness Department. We have a full gym with personal trainers that pour their hearts and souls into making everyone at the company as physically and mentally healthy as possible. We also have an onsite restaurant/dining hall that has a variety of healthy foods daily for very cheap. Every day of the week there is free seasonal fruits in kitchen areas. In addition, we have an excellent health care plan with no co-pays.

    Insanely good benefits! 100% health insurance for you and family for free. No premiums, no copay, nothing. 6% dollar for dollar 401k match starting 2nd month of employment. 12% annual bonus (although perhaps that doesn't qualify as a "benefit"). $50/mo toward personal cell phone bill. Onsite gym with free personal trainers and classes. Onsite dog park. Onsite really good food that's pretty cheap. $200,000 employe life insurance, $25,000 for spouse, $10,000 for kids under 26, $1,000 for babies under 14 days old. Short term and long term disability insurance. 20 vacation days per year. 10 bank holidays. I was also given 10% of my salary worth of restricted LOB stock for free upon starting. I'm sure there's even more that I can't think of at the moment. It's awesome!

    Unreal benefits package. Company truly cares about its staff. 100% healthcare, immediate 401k vesting up to 6%, a gym on site, fantastic food available on site as well. A great place to work!
