At LiveLike we offer a comprehensive insurance package and an always evolving "perks package" to all of our employees. For benefits, the company contributes a flat amount per month, per employee, that will increase based on how many depends you claim. Anything above the contributed amount is then covered by the employee. All benefits are through TriNet and coverage is through the huge variety of partners they offer!

The benefits package here is pretty competitive. I know the team is working to add even more as we get more and more "established". Excited to see what gets added in the near future.
The outings and food are great just because it's nice to spend time with my coworkers, who I really like. That said, help towards my phone bill (I regularly use data for work) and 401(k) assistance would go a long way.
Adding thins to this progressively over time. Its competitive to industry standards, but definitely not breaking any records.
