The overall amount of PTO is good (something like 5 weeks total, including COVID bonus time), but it's broken into 6 different buckets, which is very confusing. They also expire almost all time off at the end of the year; you cannot start a new year with more than 3 days rolled over. They also only offer 5 paid sick days. This is a very poor level of available sick leave that disincentivizes wellness.

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Top 3 Benefits: Flexibility: While there's a few hub offices, there's no pressure to work from them. It's a performance culture. Work from home or where you want just get your work done, hit your goals, and maintain the cultural values. More Flexibility: The global WeWork policy is amazing and lets you explore the world while still working weekdays from an office setting if you want. I know more than a dozen people who spent a month in Paris, Buenos Aires, Italy etc working by weekday and vacating by weekend. Parental Leave: Paternity is 12 weeks and Maternity is 22 weeks. It's highly competitive in tech industry and best in class outside of Tech.

There is not a strong work/life balance across departments. There tends to be a level of micromanaging that occurs as well. You have wellness days that are available for use but some managers push for their employees not to use them. If you want the better health insurance, you will have to fork over 100 dollars from each paycheck.
