Time off policy is very lax and wfh is also very acceptable. LR is very adaptable to the changing world and they are always doing their best to have benefits that fit their employees
While vacation/PTO flexibility will vary team to team, I have found that as a whole, company culture encourages employees to take time off regularly. My own manager is very supportive of taking time for myself/my family when needed.
