Excellent dental and very generous HSA program.
Free lunch every week, 401 K and full health benefits AND HSA. Really helps out a ton. Also, full lynda.com access. Overall, pretty solid. Cannot complain at all
Great benefits including health and dental. They also offer a HSA account and 401k. Overall pretty solid. It costs quite a bit for a family though.
They value what you do if YOU are willing to put in the effort too.
Medical & Dental, Retirement, Paid Vacation, Weekly Lunches
There really aren't any benefits. The health insurance's deductible is so high that a single person without a serious medical condition would never meet it.
Health and dental with an HSA, paid vacation days that build up 1hr for every 40hrs work. Sales often gets catered lunch on busy days (but you get no lunchbreak), management is great about vacations as long as you schedule them well in advance and you're the only one to take a break (sales is especially hard to get breaks). What I didn't like was that they wanted you to work Saturdays too --now I don't mean you got to have Sun-Mon off in that case...you worked 6 days vs 5 days and honestly, my body/mind can't handle that. That and the ever-evolving "new and improved" sales pitches we had to keep learning and using the "new tools" we were given... I'm sure that's not bad for newbies, but for someone there for years and doing pretty well without all the foofaraw then having a million changes after the first buy-up from Chicago, that makes it hard to do a 180 and keep going. I'd work there again
Best thing is the free food and company-emblazoned clothing they give out regularly. The rest is very mediocre. There's not paid vacation time, in fact when you are at work they make you log your own hours and don't pay you if you miss doing it. They make you do a lot of things like that that muddle up the work day and just create less room to feel assured in general. But they are okay with overloadimg employees in general and they will blame you for taking too long to do the tasks that they assign you and have very unrealistic expectations of performance considering the compensation and benefits.
Their are no benefits. This company is very unprofessional I would not suggest anyone wait their time.
