Livefyre follows the standard offering of 15 PTO days. However, this number includes sick days. Most companies offer both separately, so in reality, you are getting fewer PTO days than the industry norm. No 401k matching. Awful maternity leave policies.
Health Care coverage is the real deal. Waffle Wednesday. Tons of beverages. Fantasy Football leagues. Pool table. Arcade. Incredible people.
I've been at companies with better benefits and ones with worse. I think the package is pretty middle of the line standard. We get usual "startup perks" like a game room, lunch on Tuesdays, and dinners on Thursdays. The kitchen is always well stocked.
We did have good health coverage, however, I wish we had better benefits in terms of matching 401k's. We also only got 2 weeks of PTO a year, which is not competitive with other companies.
