Very flexible environment and management.
this company is totally on to it when it comes to flexible hours. you choose what you work
You choose your hours in 30 minute time slots. pretty flexible
Hours are scarce but if you can manage this job part time you should be ok
You can pick your own hours, sure. You can work as little as you want. But there aren't a lot of shifts to choose from because there are too many agents for available commits, so good luck finding any open when you need them.
It fits my schedule but not enough hrs offered
Work in the office Mon - Thur and Friday is a WFH day.
Its obvious the supervisors could careless if you have commits to work or not. No real management. The place is a real mess, with callers calling in and not knowing what product they were switched over to. The room super visors are about a dumb as the guy who just started. The Technical issues don't get resolved for days. Every only ants you to email them, NEVER a phone call. E very day they have a unreasonable goal of numbers they want reached. Again, you cant get commit slots because they ar taken or given to the ass kissers as soon as they hit our screens
Working at home is fine but there is competition for the best hours to work and they can apparently reduce your hours on an arbitrary basis. It's hard to make a living when you're earning next to nothing.
Flexible hours allow me to work when I want, and allow me the freedom to be with my family and travel whenever I choose.
