Medical, dental and vision. 401k. Flexible vacation time, flexible hours.
No benefits for contractors but they have raffles and great paper trails to keep you ahead of the game!
I love the unlimited vacation.
Unlimited PTO is a good perk, health insurance is pretty good, dental insurance is offered, the 401k match is helpful. Overall good benefits.
Low end plan with provider
Fairly good work life balance, flexible hours, standard PTO of 3 weeks, standard medical benefits and 401k. Also there are standard life insurance options.
There are no benefits package for Independent Contractors.
I suppose it's nice that affinity offers are sometimes rewarded, but as making affinity offers is mandatory and the benefits are small it isn't really a good incentive.
Independent Contractor: NO benefits such as Group Health Insurance, as contractor you pay own self-employment tax, etc. also, take time off and lose stats that affect call routing/volume/pay
zero benefits It is an independent contactor position. The primary benefit is the flexible hours but there are too few hrs to choose from and limited availability in which to choose.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
