    You have to work for at least 3 years to get 10 days of Vacation.

    There were no paid holidays, then they implemented them for just select employees. It felt like a lap in the face.

    You accumulate hours depending on how long you've been there. You can max out before the year ends so use it wisely. They no longer pay out vacation time.
