“Cash weekly is a nice way to be paid. It is as a 1099 Contractor, so you have to be able to pay your own taxes.”
“The training is excellent. They provide a script to memorize and explain everything that you need to know.”
The best part was working from home. The worst was the support that was given.
Great benefits, and great place to work
there were no benefits.
BENEFITS - Before your benefits kick in, management or your MGA will find a reason to fire you. Hard work does NOT pay off here.
None that I know of... I think there might be some benefits if you really get in good there and start making decent money which is extremely difficult and probably unlikely for most people they take on because they don't seem to screen candidates at all, they just hire everyone. They want your $50 that you have to give after they "hire" you to "pay for training" which consists of sitting in a classroom for a few days. There's no way that costs them $50/person. They know there's a high turnover, they don't care, they just want your money. This is a business whose customers not only include insurance buyers but also the agents themselves. Don't be fooled. They aren't fools. Just be careful.
Good place to Work
There are none because this place is a scam
Well, you can purchase a life insurance package for yourself. Health insurance goes through the union with a percentage paid from an outside plan.
I feel everything is great they don't have a lot but the few they do keep works and i like it for me and my family.
Best thing is that is portable throughout your life and you get to choose what benefits you want. Bad thing about that is that it puts the pressure on you find the best provider.
