Low premium contribution to a HDHP for employees engaged in the wellness program
High deductible plan with a relatively low deductible. HSA with seed money from employer. Cheap premiums. Tons of rewards through the wellness program.
High deductible. HSA. Can participate in wellness plan to reduce monthly premium. The plan does not recognize some generic prescriptions, so you end up paying higher costs.
Very cheap if you engage in their Vitality wellness program
High deductible and HSA keeps rates low but until you meet that prescription can be unaffordable.
The health insurance is very good. IT is a consumer driven health plan that really saves tons of money for employees
High Deductible Plan is expensive if used alot. Premiums are high unless you get "engaged" in their wellness program which is big brother like.
