Paid Maternity Leave for 12 weeks. However, it is a HIGH deductible insurance plan. I have myself and my son on my plan and there is no way that we can ever reach the deductible during the year so we are continuously paying inflated prices out of pocket for appointments and medication. Lockton really needs to get onto a plan with a copay. I cannot afford my own medicine.
