benefits start on day one. 401k match is 6% which could be better. the benefits dept. is very helpful
Great onsite perks like a gym (with everything you could need including a pool), onsite clinic, car washing service, dry cleaning, etc; health benefits are about average
Great Stuff really is don't you think.
Benefit package was not as adequate as it was explained as a new employee.
I am an intern, working full time, but do not qualify for benefits but I heard they are not great.
Excellent benefits and perks for employees and their families. The onsite healthcare is just one of the amazing benefits! They also have onsite childcare which will come in very handy!
Health Insurance isn’t great very expensive to be a health company
Great benefits package and perks
They have everything I need. a Koi pond, a gym, a cafe, a nine hole putting green, a bus, a parking lot, an elevator
The benefits package is almost offensive. The cost for medical coverage is astronomical, the 401K match is behind the times at only 35% up to 8% (when similar companies match at a full 100%), and that's pretty much it. While the company attempts to move forward, the benefits are stuck in the early 2000's. We could do awesome things with unlimited vacation, affordable insurance, profit sharing, and more. The building amenities are nice but meaningless if the actual benefits package is awful. I don't even want to talk about the parental leave policy which completely discounts the female workforce we have. My spouse would get all of 6 weeks off. That's ridiculous.
