The best thing about the benefits are the affordability of the health care plans. They have several options and make them all very affordable.
The benefits package is almost offensive. The cost for medical coverage is astronomical, the 401K match is behind the times at only 35% up to 8% (when similar companies match at a full 100%), and that's pretty much it. While the company attempts to move forward, the benefits are stuck in the early 2000's. We could do awesome things with unlimited vacation, affordable insurance, profit sharing, and more. The building amenities are nice but meaningless if the actual benefits package is awful. I don't even want to talk about the parental leave policy which completely discounts the female workforce we have. My spouse would get all of 6 weeks off. That's ridiculous.

Company perks like the in house gym and cafeteria are great. There is a great deal of emphasis placed in the external factors of this company and the amenities that are not placed on the employees with few exceptions that are heavily based on favoritism. It's hard to find value in a place that is overly concerned with their outward appearance for the few people who they don't burn through. They have an in house clinic that isn't very useful because it is understaffed and open to all employees of all companies and their families. If you need something immediately you won't be seen unless you are in management and you just end up going to see a doctor like anyone else. But their 401K match is a joke. It's only about 30 cents on the dollar for about 6%. Few other companies are so low.
Success is meticulously delegated to various people for a multitude of reasons, some of which, not relevant to the employee's capabilities. There is a level that people in sales plateau at which constantly forces great employees away.
One of the best benefits is the on-site gym. It offers classes and personal training sessions. Anyone can use it. trainingseasioseasiosessions.
There is a gym in house-like a full gym! The basic insurance plan is very basic, only covers yearly health check but you can't beat the price though. They do have other insurance plans available that cover more that you do pay more for. Cheap eye and dental plans too.
