Amazing benefits overall, including paternity leave. Take note they just took away the multitude of days off and changed it to “u limited”. Meaning you now need permission for any days off...and they have the right to say no, no matter the reason.
The benefits package is competitive, but they've been rolling back some benefits over time and it has made some of the longer term employees question whether the company cares about them.

Introduced unlimited time off in 2019 which is great but made a bad decision for those who already had hours accrued until the end of 2018. Logmein announced that they are not going to pay for those hours, instead employees will HAVE to use those accrued hours first before they can start using the new unlimited PTO. Great thing for new employees who joined in the last couple of months. Def a bad thing for folks who have a lot of unused PTO accrued. Good 401k, 50% match upto 6% of your base pay. 8 weeks fully paid parental leave (moms and dads) Decent health insurance (no kaiser option for CA employees) Below par fitness reimbursement plan ($150 per year) Free snacks and coffee in most of the offices NO employee stock purchase program No RSUs given when you are hired even though the career site mentions that. The caveat there is you need to be ‘exec level’ employee to get RSU’s Salaries: Mediocre; less than what competitors pay.
