“Maternity/Paternity leave is 8 weeks paid. A heck of a lot better than 0 weeks, but the option to take a little more time would be nice. ”
“Good benefits, expensive for dependants”
“Typical company match and vestment timing”
Good health insurance, dental, free food on Fridays, decent maternity leave too
Vision is good, Dental is ok, Health is mediocre, 401K match is missing.
Great benefits package! The standard things like medical, dental, life, etc, but also office perks like free lunches on Fridays, free soda, frequent happy hours and social events, and on-site massages and yoga.
Great benefits package! They really care about their employees.
great benefits. hard to beat
Lots of little things, Yoga, Massages, Free Food Friday, etc.
Overall great benefits package for the size of the company. They have always worked out great for me and my family
Company perks: Flexible Time Off, Free Food Friday, DogRhythm, LogToberfest, Tube to work day, Health Benefits, Work From Home
Health insurance is top notch (Cigna), and flexible time off is just fantastic. Managers are really understanding and your well-being is considered top-priority.
It is expensive to add dependents
