Best: Unlimited Time Off is the best benefit this company provides Worst: 401(k) matching only started in 2016 at 3%, and that match is given 12 months later in January 2017. A bit behind on helping us save for retirement. (Now matching is every paycheck in 2017)
Paternity leave policy is awesome for a company in the US... and the 401K is also excellent.
Vacation, Health Insurance, Work From Home
Employee costs have gone way up, but that is due to healthcare companies and insurance companies raising their prices as a response to to the burden of Obamacare. Everyone I know (not LogRhythm employees) has had their insurance costs go up and their coverage get worse. I do not blame LogRhythm.
