Health benefits are the best I've ever had. Vacation, 401k, etc. are all about the same as you'd find elsewhere.
Cover pretty much everything, but premium is little bit high this year.
Good HSA & FSA Options. Medica is main provider. Number of vacation days are not reflective of employees experience and tenure.
Flexible and generous with pto and time off requests. However, cost of medical/dental have been raised considerably over the years and seem more expensive than plans from other employers. It's no longer a good value.
Benefits are reasonable for this size of company. When selecting during open enrollment, my wife and I generally end up selecting some benefits from her company and mine. Each has their own strengths and weaknesses.
A good amount of PTO, and the company has a matching 401k, but not necessarily as good as other company's 401ks.
Excellent benefit package, especially for the size of the company.
Great benefits. But they just implemented "core hours" eliminating the four and a half day work week for most of the year, which was the best benefit offered. (Summer core hours do allow for the half day Friday.)
The flexibility of working hours.
OK for a company this size. The core benefits that you would expect are available, but little above and beyond the basics.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
