Your health insurance (including eye and dental) is $0. You receive full benefits after 90 days.
PTO benefits are a two-tier structure. Hourly employees get roughly half the PTO salaried employees get despite the fact their responsibilities might be identical. Hourly employees also do not get paid holidays. The company's 401K contribution has been improving lately but still could be better. Healthcare plans have no cost for an individual but have a high cost to add dependents to a plan. Healthcare plans also have a high deductible (which the company partly offsets) and a high max out-of-pocket.
best - flexible schedule and friendly people worst - everything else
