Great Personal and Professional balance
For a tech company in a Santa Barbara the benefits were good. The insurance coverage for a single person was great. I had choices for what provider to go to and didn’t have pay a ton out of pocket. They never rolled out a 401k matching plan while I was there, though management seemed to promise it was ‘in the works’ for about two years.
401k Mandatory 3 weeks vacation Stipend for no work performed during vacation
Our benefits package ties into our positive culture- our company cares about the things that make us happy and healthy. We have 401(k) matching, yearly cash bonuses, amazing healthcare, happy hours, beach days, catered lunches- you name it. LogicMonitor goes above and beyond to make sure we're well taken care of.
Solid benefits, improving over time.
On the face of it, the benefits sound good. Unlimited PTO and even a requirement to take 15 days off per year minimum. But the reality is that it doesn't happen. They will fight you every time you ask for time off. The health and dental are middle of the road, the HSA is awkward to use, and the rest of the benefits are pretty mediocre.
Company covers 100% health, dental, vision. They also contribute monthly to the HSA program. Gym and monthly parking contribution as well.
The Unlimited time off policy looks amazing in theory, in practice, it's not as un-restricted as advertised for certain groups. The company is just starting to embrace Work From Home as a benefit and employees are expected to spend the majority of their work week in the office
It is fair and competitive
LogicMonitor provides Unlimited PTO, and a fantastic work/life balance with multiple remote-days each week. They also have an excellent insurance package, with full-coverage provided to single employees, and great discounts for families.
