It is fair and competitive
The Unlimited time off policy looks amazing in theory, in practice, it's not as un-restricted as advertised for certain groups. The company is just starting to embrace Work From Home as a benefit and employees are expected to spend the majority of their work week in the office
LogicMonitor provides Unlimited PTO, and a fantastic work/life balance with multiple remote-days each week. They also have an excellent insurance package, with full-coverage provided to single employees, and great discounts for families.
Best thing is that they pay all of your individual health insurance and have great office perks (free gym, LOTS of healthy snacks, standing desk w/ Dr.'s note) and worst is lack of matching on 401k
Unlimited PTO, $1000 bonus once a year when you take a week off of work, Health insurance is 100% covered on their base plans and small per month fees for higher plans, dental and vision is 100% covered, life insurance policy that matches your salary, $100 per month stipend to use for parking or whatever else, free food in the kitchen, 401K but no matching, can work from home as needed but not 100% remote, Professional Development - they'll pay for conferences or classes you want to attend, can bring your dog to the SB office, some positions have bonuses or commission, Free gym and yoga classes every week
The unlimited PTO is great! As long as people actually use it and the manager you report to also respects this and allows for reasonable time off requests.
All the regular benefits you would expect, (medical, dental, STD, LTD, vision, 401k). Lots of opportunity to work remote when you need it. Lots of food!
Unplugged bonus, unlimited vacation, 100% health and dental coverage
- Roth IRA and 401k options (no matching, which most of my previous employers had done). - Monthly stipend for health(gym, yoga, etc.) or parking pass. - Company sponsored events. - Sports (indoor soccer, basketball, yoga, etc.) - Recently improved insurance plans. (health, life, dental, vision, disability) - Professional development budget (classes, events, etc.)
401k is new and works great, but there's no company matching. FSA works for medical AND transportation which is great since I commute to work Compensation is industry standard and weighed internally and geographically.
