Historically, LSI has offered employees excellent benefits and a great deal of flexibility in terms of working hours and time off. The company subsidizes single and family plan health insurance costs. The single plan is quite affordable and the coverage is, in my opinion, exceptional. Long-term employees earn more than 3 weeks of paid time off/year and the company's Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) could prove to be an excellent retirement vehicle for long-term, fully vested employees.
