Very cost effective for employees
Benefits were incredible. Premiums were low, coverage was spectacular. The out of pocket was extremely low
They recently were bought out by UHG which compromised a lot of the great health benefits that we previously had. A lot of people had lost a lot of the care that they needed and had to pay out of pocket.
Really great non traditional benefits like the gym and health clinic onsite.
Best thing was the Downstairs clinic was free to use. Health insurance is usually low. The lunch room usually has healthy options.
There is not a benefits package available.
Great benefits package. Check it out on their website. Full on site gym and clinic. Great for the family.
LHI offers great benefits including paid wellness time. The company pays up to three hours a week for employees to participate in wellness activities.
The company pays a large portion of the health insurance. Short term & long term disability is paid by the company with options to increase. I don't participate in the flex plan or 401k but I haven't heard good things about it either. There are better ways to lose your money. FMLA is no longer handled by HR or HC as LHI calls it. The Hartford at work gets involved and nobody at LHI knows how or why. PTO is accrued each pay period depending how long you've been there. The supervisors will let you use it as long as enough advance notice is given. Unpaid time off is not allowed and working OT makes employees tired and even sick sometimes but if you call in sick, it makes leadership unhappy. If you go in to work coughing and sneezing, coworkers are unhappy. There is a gym and clinic available to employees but you can only go if you have permission an advance notice by leadership. The hours of operation for the gym and clinic are the same as the work hours so its not convenient. I applaud Don Weber for trying but there's still a lot of problems that need to be worked out.
Health Insurance is good for now, low deductables. they also pay a percentage of childcare. No assistance will college cost
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
