PTO is all bundled together so it wraps up all three Paid Time Off, Sick Days, Vacation into one pool of paid hours and they're pretty flexible with how it's used. Health insurance is decent with one plan offering the HSA which company pays into to help soften the blow of your deductible. An employee gym was just built as well, so that's a nice touch. The 401K is nice to have with employer match up to 4%.
Benefits are weak and lag behind the norm. Health insurance is very expensive (more than average) and below average holidays. Vacation time is average.
First off, the health insurance is VERY expensive. There is no 401k as far as i know. If you're sick and need GOOD health insurance that you can afford, go with obamacare. at least you'll get subsidies. Their good plan for insurance is literally 291/month. Which is outrageous for only making $14/hr with having to pay for general cost of living expenses as well. Dental is about $45/month which, again, is expensive. and they DO NOT cover braces. Very unfortunate that a good company cannot even offer their employees affordable benefits. Oh, AND you HAVE to work 37.5 hrs to KEEP these benefits. Time off policy is stupid as well. You literally cannot take unpaid time off (even if it's planned well in advance or it's an emergency) unless you're REALLY good friends with the managers who admin the time off. It's ridiculous. Overall, it's a pretty good company to work for. But the benefits are shit.
Really don't offer much / health insurance was expensive / paid time off but if you took it you were judged and used again you
Not the best that has ever been offered, but more than likely not the worst either.
The only thing they offered was 401k and insurance and dental... That is the only benefits they give you. There is nothing this company offers that is big and beyond.
Health insurance was a bit expensive but had a low deductible and good coverage
No benefits, I was a temporary employee. Full time gets insurance, paid time off, holiday pay
Choice of two health insurance packages. 401K. Paid time off accrues at about 4.5 hours every two weeks.
It went from being with Blue Cross to being with CIGNA
