I actually love them. I'm just an intern so I cant receive benefits but we went over them and overall think they're good benefits. The prices are a little high but the more you make the more it shouldn't matter.

401K employer matching is excellent and has been consistent for the past 5 years.

Not paid for holidays when the office was closed. Obviously, when part-time you receive no benefits and no annual leave/sick leave.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Real Estate Agent in Washington, District of Columbia

You are a sub contractor so there are not a benefit package per se but they are a great resource on how to grow your real estate business and beyond. With the knowledge I gained, I was able to open my own staging business that I use along side the real estate business.

Standard suite of benefits, including CIGNA PPO that does not require a referral to see a specialist, short term and long term disability and 401K with Fidelity Investments. The company offers assistance with the purchase or sale of a home, which is a unique benefit if can take advantage of it. Health care premiums are a bit high.

The medical benefits are expensive! I had the hsa plan with Cigna just for me and my spouse and it cost $216 per pay period!

The deductible is very high for the policy premium. I'm paying $200 per pay period but I have a $3, 000 deductible. Never again.
