Annual leave is 14 days plus an additional week of 'floating' holidays. This is 3 weeks per year. The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is because you can only carry-over 5 days per year. Sometimes I don't plan to use 2 weeks of vacation within the year. I end up just taking days off so that I don't lose it.

So much time that you can't use it all. Sadly they will tell you to use it but get annoyed when you take it.

3 weeks vacation to start. 1 extra day a year added after 3 years employment until you reach 5 weeks maximum. Currently you can carry over 40 hours. The problem is if you're hourly and in a department where you end up with a ton of overtime you won't be able to use your vacation if you just want a day off. If you work 48 hours one week and then want to take a day off the next week in the same pay period you won't get to use your vacation time they make the whole pay period add up to 80 hours. If you worked 45 hours one week and then took a vacation day they following week you'd just get to use 3hours of vacation pay. This can work in your favor if you want to take a long vacation at some point and save the days but some people just end up losing vacation.
