The management team did not help in explaining the different types of packages. The supervisors were very helpful.

There is no bad thing about the benefits they are good you pay for what you get they more you pay the better.
Great benefits little copay and flexible
If I could rate their benefits package in a negative star rsting I would. United healthcare iscthe ONLY option. Huge deductible met with what your monthly contribution is. Can add upbto almost or more than 10,000 out of pocket BEFORE UHC will pay only 60%. So again almost half is is outbof pocket sfter the deductible is met

It's expensive. the affordable one covers yearly physicals but if you get sick and go to the doctor you pay 100% out of pocket until the deductible is met.
The premiums for medical and dental were higher than what I've been offered at other companies I've worked for. You were granted a week off after one year of employment, so it's not an accrual system from the first date of employment.

their insurance is great . i was out of working due to maternity leave and they still paid for my insurance while i was out
