There is an HSA health plan option with zero employee premium and a very large employer contribution. Many employees' health care costs are essentially zero.
Very competitive and a great work environment.
Great health and 401 benefits. Great vacation days. 5 personal + 20 vacation days
Excellent package of wellness and retirement benefits
The health insurance is good and very cheap, they give you a good amount of vacation days and somehow unlimited sick days. The 401k plan is horrible and all the money they give you in matching is taken away if you don't stay 3+ years
Lord Abbett has generous benefits starting with Vacation, 401(k), Health Care, and a gym on premises.
Best - Free gym, subsidized cafeteria Worst - Healthcare options not huge and limited HR support if u need assistance
Best thing-good work/life balance. Worst-Poor compensation. Very poor culture. Not innovative, not pushing the boundaries, very happy with their current position
Good vacation, sick, personal days
Good 401k, Vacation plan, ok gym, good location for daily commuting. Slowly moving to bad health insurance
