Worked there ten years. When I left, the company match to charitable contributions was the same abysmal amount it was when I started. 401(k) plan contribution was also cut massively during this timeframe.
There is an HSA health plan option with zero employee premium and a very large employer contribution. Many employees' health care costs are essentially zero.

The health insurance is good and very cheap, they give you a good amount of vacation days and somehow unlimited sick days. The 401k plan is horrible and all the money they give you in matching is taken away if you don't stay 3+ years
