Accessible time off! Employee discount could be more competitive. No 401k
The benefit is absolutely basic. the worst is no 401k and the fact that you had to accrue your sick time. So most of the time-folks would be going to work sick because they didn't accrue enough hours yet.
Worst thing is that they raised the premiums by $40 more a month from last year. Other than that good package.
