Lorna Jane USA recognizes and supports the importance of uninterrupted periods of rest and relaxation. The paid vacation benefit is available to all regular full-time employees. Employees are eligible to accrue vacation benefits effective immediately upon hire or transfer to eligible status. The amount of vacation accrual depends on the employee's position and length of service. 

Employees are strongly encouraged to use their accrued vacation leave balance each year in the spirit of leading a balanced, healthy, active life: Move, Nourish, Believe

    While it's not hard to request time off, you want to feel supported and not guilty that you are taking a vacation because there are others who are also competent in your job duties. Full-time employees get 2-weeks vacation. Company recognizes some but not all holidays for "comp" days.
