18 days vacation and 11 days paid holidays. I'm not complaining and I never hear anyone else complain. They are flexible with family sick time also.

3 weeks the first year, however, you start with zero hours. The 3 weeks is accumulated over the course of the year. You can bank up to 3 years worth of vacation (I think 3 years) before you start to lose it.

Comparable to other companies, with 120 hours vacation and 80 hours sick leave, in addition to holidays. This increases after 10 years at the lab. However, none of the benefits are negotiable.

The vacation plan is well designed, and aggregates on every pay period. about 3-5 hours of leave per pay period. The vacation plan rolls over into the following year, it is not a use it or lose it scenario.
