Health insurance and holidays were standard, with time off being accrued based on your years of service. You can ride the Metro system for free, which is a great perk, but there are not very many other "perks" as it is a government job. You must put in a certain percentage into a pension plan. When working in the office, there's also a gym that's open to employees.
Kaiser is pretty stellar for benefits.
They provide insurance a 401K, 457K, EAP, TOWP, a full benefit package
Great benefits and pay rate.
Employees pay 10% and company pays 90% of medical benefits. Enough options and provides reimbursement if you choose to not take any benefits.
Everything you need is here at Metro. Health medical, benefits of all kinds and 401 457 and important of all is diversity.
Great benefits, health, dental, the whole deal.
Starting PTO is 20 Days. health, vision and dental for the whole family is offered with good coverage and low co-pay. Free ride on Metro Buses and Reimbursement on Trains. Using public transportation is highly encouraged. Calpers for retirement. I think they have the best/ very competitive benefit package.
Generous PTO and good medical insurance
Full benefit plan including 40lk and pension
