As a substitute teacher, you are not eligible for any benefits
The way the Administration, Principal and Asst. Principal, wrongly targets and gives bad review evaluations when they know you are considering leaving.

good health insurance, also offers dental and visual- as well as other job insurance. offers 401k options and has a teachers union option
Part time employees receive no benefits, not even paid holidays or compensation for days the offices are closed due to weather.
As a part-time employee, there are no benefits at all. No healthcare, no dental. Nothing. Not even the ability to accrue paid time off. Part timers do not get paid for holidays or any other days that the offices are closed either, such as for weather.
The benefits are second to none. Great value for what is paid into the plan every month. However, CIGNA health insurance is not the easiest to use.
They have great vacation and sick leave. They have ok insurance since Obama care took over. 401k is awesome and also VRS retirement too.
