Among other places I've worked Lowe's offer pretty good insurance and staying affordable
Best thing: a plethora of benefits available. Worst thing: employee discount is only 10%
401k with matching and employee stock purchase plan for full time employees
Solid insurance offerings, 401k and employee stock plans are great
Well established benefit package for full time employees.
Best is their pretty good although a bit high.
Great compensation package. Solid health plan.
401 K Plan for 2020 made significant gains especially if you had any Lowes stock which had generous increases.
The vacation time is awful. The only good thing is that youre 100% vested in your 401k from the beginning. Health insurance is not good either. If you work for corporate, you will get no time off - it's insane. You can work for one of the big banks and get better benefits
Good vision coverage, alright dental
