After being employed for ten years, three weeks of vacation is granted to the employee. After being employed for fifteen years, four weeks of vacation is granted to the employee. Also, service awards (gift form) are awarded for specific years of employment.
Love having 401K, employee discount and veteran's discount, the health insurance is nice
The best thing about Lowes benefits packages is the actual amount of benefits they have to offer(TA,401K, Dental, health)The bad thing is part time doesn't qualify for any of them.
3 weeks of vacation at only 5 years. Great health, dental, & vision, but costly. 401k with match, but only 1/4 of employees are paid enough to be able to afford to participate. Stock discount but again few employees can afford to participate. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas (awesome for retail).
Benefits for full time are great, health is a little expensive but there are so many other benefits that over all they are pretty good.

Vacation pay and 401k are pretty good
Decent benefits over all but high deductible and some medications were harder to obtain. It was nice having insurance after not having it for a while but still, it was a lot higher than I ever paid at other companies in the past.
Benefits, 401 and stock options are available to part time employees. The benefits are so expensive that most cannot afford them. Or are just working to pay for benefits.
