Good benefits if you can afford them. Hint: you can't
15% off stock, 4.5% company 401k match, 2weeks 4days vacation starting. Short term and Long term disability for Salaried associates. 10%employee discount
Benefits package is nice, it could be better. It would be nice if coropoate office had childcare onsite. Lowe's great place to work.
If full time, the health insurance is decent. The covered disability insurance is very good and the supplemental life insurance is very low cost also.
Lowe's benefits package is amazing- paid vacation, health insurance, paid sick time.
Pretty decent insurance, but does not cover fertility treatments for those who need assistance. 401k is pretty good.... always invest early. Eye and dental insurance are good.
Very complete benefits offering which is impressively supported by online enrollment and maintenance. Offers many varieties of coverage including full family options. There are several unexpected benefits perks such as monetary rebates for all family members who get annual physicals. Even discounts on family cell phone plans.
Good insurance, lots of options, not TOO expensive. The time off and holiday pay is nice, but the only paid holidays are Christmas and Thanksgiving, and vacation time doesn't accrue until 6 months of employment.
Plenty of time off, up to 3 weeks to start, benefits need a little help in the insurance area.
Great options, but a couple spends the exact same monthly as a family of 8 in the same tier package.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
