An employee and spouse are considered "family" for health insurance coverage. An actual family is considered to be " employee and children". Both coverages are the same price. Big difference and big ripoff.
As long as you ask for time off in advance you will be fine.
401k even for part time. paid time off. quarterly bonuses. discounts at restaurants and other places. 10% employee discount
People will vary the needs of the company. For me, this is great. Their flexible plans keep everything for me under one roof, instead of going elsewhere. If I have questions, management, HR and our online resources make leaving everything under the Lowe's name worth it. I benefit most from Mental Heath Care, 401K Plan, Vacation, Sick, and of course our Employee Discount (10%). Now what I've listed may have been important to some and meaningless to others, but as I said before, it varies down to the individual.
Inexpensive but great coverage. One of the better companies out there for benefits.
Lowe's gives two weeks vacation and one week holiday pay to all full time employees after six months. 401k, and pay for part of health insurance.
strong benefit package, but is pricey. Gives you lots of options, with the ability for investing as well.
I think the benefits package should have a premium for family and a premium for 1 child only. I think to pay the same premium for one child as for a family with multiple dependents is unfair. I would like to see more options for dependent premiums.
Price is too high for the associate pay. Can't pay all my bills and cover my entire family.
Good that they offer benefits. The cost out of pocket for the employee was very high. They should have offered to pay for total cost of benefits, since OOP expenses are very high.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
