    There is not much training

  • Employee Discount(6 comments)

This was great i used this alot.

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(5 comments)

The personal days are pro-rated depending on what part of the year you go full time. It takes effect 30 days after you go full time. Vacation starts one year after that. Two years after that you get two weeks vacation plus the 5 days personal. Then 8 years, you get three weeks. And then I believe after 16 years of full time you get 4 weeks.

Main perk is a pension, most other companies no longer offer this.

Great to have vision and dental, 401k! Vacation , scheduling, and time off is a murky subject with management. One warning I have for future applicants is to keep track and use the accrued time off. Management will just cross you off the schedule for a week if you haven't taken it your first year there.

Former Deli Clerk in Clemmons, NC, North Carolina

I was a part-time worker that ended up working Full-time hours. I was not given full-time worker benefits. We did not get holiday pay, paid time off, or vacation days. Overtime was rarely given.

Double points on gas and 10% off all lowes foods brand items, which is almost nothing because that doesn’t include the hot food or produce.
