Health insurance includes three different options, one of which includes a HSA. PTO accumulates based on how many hours you work, but there is a max. Your max PTO limit increases based on years of employment.
The worst thing is the horrific PTO policy. If you accrue the PTO, they hate when you use it. They make no determination between sick time, family emergencies, or personal days. It is pretty awful.
