cell phone discounts and lasik. also free life insurance up to 1x salary
Loyola has a great benefit package and it is VERY inexpensive for individual or even family package compared to other jobs I worked for.
It is costly, in comparison to the low wages paid to some workers. They have an awesome fitness center on location but charge everyone equally a high $50 a month to use, so doctors with big salaries and hourly workers making $13 an hour are all charged the same. It would benefit an organization of health concern to allow low cost access to a fitness center to promote the health of the employees.
When new management took over, they took away some great benefits. Pension is no longer given and certain holidays that we were previously paid double for were taken away.
Health insurance, paid time off= vacation time and personal days, plus you get sick days paid off! 401k offered with matching and benefits are not expensive compared to other hospitals.
Cost to employer elevates annually disproportionate to nonexistent "cola" = call it a merit increase
Great benefits such as; tuition reimbursement, free legal help, and great health coverage.
overall a great benefits program, nothing bad to say about it.
Very competitive benefits package. Medical pays more to use Loyola itself. Other hospitals will be reimbursed at a "tier 2" level.
Loyola has a very good package for benefits
