401k, stock options, complete medical, dental, and vision benefits (traditional medical plan or high-deductible health plan with $1,000 employer HSA contribution), life insurance, wellness program, sabbatical, caregiver leave, transit pass, yearly retreat trip, team activities... the list goes on.
Annual Company Retreat was a highlight-solid medical/dental/vision plan with 401K match. Perks like catered lunches on Monday/Fridays give employees opportunities to connect.
Yearly company retreat (employee-only);, holiday parties that include employees' families
Benefits are pretty good overall. The worst thing is that it is cheaper for me and my wife to opt out of vision insurance and get our glasses from somewhere like America's best or Walmart than to get glasses and vision check-ups from the private providers in the network.
Fully stocked kitchens, catered lunches twice a week, annual retreat, laid back dress attire and office attitude, ability to work from home from time to time, gym discounts, free train/bus pass, and great team culture that fosters learning and growth.
Lucid pays for the premiums for single individuals.
Extensive Health Insurance Doc/Hospital Network.
The benefits package is really comprehensive. The 401K option, health insurance, and PTO is all what it should be.
The medical is pretty pricey when compared to other software companies who offer the same (or better coverage) at no cost to the employee.
Incredible paid time off policy, and unlimited sick days (they assume the best and expect you to be responsible). Insurance includes a huge network of healthcare providers. Doesn't apply to me, but they have generous maternity and paternity leave. Monthly UTA pass for commuting on the FrontRunner.
