Love the 401k match, great health insurance, and HSA options! Lucid also has great PTO and has been increasing the amount of company holidays each year. I miss the in-office lunches on Monday and Friday. Wish they would provide more meal deliveries, even if it's not weekly.
Lucid really cares about its employees and the needs they face. Benefits cover so many different areas and help employees in all situations be able to afford what they need.
Best is mental health counseling benefit. Worst is wish I had more time off!
