“Primary qualifies for 12 weeks paid and an additional 8 without pay. Secondary qualify for 4 weeks paid, and an additional 10 weeks unpaid.”
“Good Match (I pay 6.5% and the company pays 4%). No vesting, which is great. I wish the fund options were a little better.”
They look after their staff and provide great benefits for healthcare and wellness.
Really great benefits package. Minimum to 0 out-of-pocket premium.
Excellent benefits, including 401k match and generous PTO policy. I also really enjoyed the employee swag they sent us. And, for a year-end employee gift, we received a 1-year membership to the U.S. National Parks!
I think Lucid provides a competitive benefits package that is on-par with other companies in the tech space.

Base of 4 weeks (20 days) PTO. Increases by one each year spent at the company up to 25
Great offerings, I especially appreciate that Lucid covers 12 mental health counseling sessions a year through Tava and have a fertility/adoption benefit for those wanting to grow their families.
401k, partial gym reimbursement, ski passes, family leave, sabbatical
Great 401k contributions. Benefits get updated annually to reflect employee needs and asks. Great HR team
Lucid software's benefits are some of the best that I have had in my career. They pay a large portion of the Health plan, have a generous 401K match, pay above and beyond for life insurance, have a company-paid mental health benefit, and a fertility benefit. The PTO is generous, and you qualify for a sabbatical after 5 years.
Recently started offering more parental leave to secondary care givers. Lucid offers a 2 month sabbatical for employees who work at the company for 5 years, but in the fine print the sabbatical requires a year committment upon the employee's return - so it's really 6 years of continuous service.
