Unlimited sick time, 15 days of time off. gain 5 extra days every 5 years.
On par with most tech companies: 15 days off for full-time hires + 1 extra day for every year of service (up to 20 days total PTO). After 5 years of (full-time) service you're eligible for a 2-month sabbatical.
new hire full-time employees get 15 days of personal PTO plus several paid vacation days. Each you you stay on you get an additional day of PTO, to a max of 20 days. After five years you get a two month paid sabbatical. You get unlimited paid sick days (as long as you don't abuse it).
3 weeks of paid vacation from the start is great. They're pretty relaxed and flexible about it as well. Everyone works hard and the company makes sure employees take the personal time they need.
