401K matching (5%), employee cost has not been raised in over 2.5yrs
The company prides itself on their benefits hoping to keep employee's at the company longer. The benefits are pretty basic and nothing out of the ordinary, if not sub-par from other agencies. Package choices for insurance are minimal. PTO days are standard and seldom.
Nice benefits with health insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time.
Their health insurance would constantly go up. However, the last insurance change provided a a rider insurance that offset the cost of the increased out of pocket cost. Vacation and holiday hours were great. The retirement plan was pretty good. Their bonus plan was iffy. It depended on the department and it was evolving so it's hard for me to say how it's working. I always appreciated the bonus but I didn't think the process was always fair.
