The worst thing about the current benefits is that new employees don'y have the option to have spouses or dependents covered until 5 years of employment.

. The dental plan is poor for retirees. The health plan is great, however, it is expensive for pensioners and if you miss one payment, they DO NOT reinstate the policy. You're left at a loss.

Great union reps, and long term benifits but one must work long term to see beifits from insurance coverage, pension, exc. Raise every 6 months sounds great but when pay starts under 10 and max out pay is 24 the .50cent increase is not that impactfull consider how much you have to do
