Expensive healthcare is basically catastrophic coverage. Limited compensation for actual performance. Vacation time is prorated and very basic. Company does not respect US holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve. Unable to provide feedback in performance evaluation form, forced to sign even in disagreement. Travel reimbursement is highly bureaucratic and nipped-picked, penny saving to the detriment of employees. Double-standard between benefits for employees and management. Trasatlantic trips are not in business class. Domestic trips are not guaranteed space making business travelling a nightmare.
Best: great 401 (k) and paid time off program. Nothing to complaint with regards to benefits
