Access to health insurance, dental insurance, 401K. 15 days vacation per year, plus 3 volunteer days, and 5 floating holidays.
Health insurance is expensive. For a small company it is normal though. 401k match is good.
Really good benefits package all around, even when they fire people you still get a good plan under COBRA. You may even want to just get hired and then get fired just to have that!
401K match is great. Small company so not so much bargaining power in cost reduction in high quality health insurance however, what is offered is not wore than average.
Generous and flexible paid time off. Medical benefits are on the expensive side compared to other places I've worked, but are by no means the worst. Coverage is great.
Can work from home any time you need to, free drinks/snacks, good healthcare plans, matching 401K.
Best: Vacation policy; 5% 401k match. Worst: Should have an actual maternity/paternity policy. Let's get some bonuses up in here.
