Decent health insurance & vacation time (the usual). No match on the 401k is a big bummer but at least there is one. Profit sharing plan is cool. Company trips tend to be pretty awesome with flights & accommodations paid. Fun field trips and events like Beach Days and Mustache March. No Sunday work, like ever. Saturdays are rare. Good snacks and weekly breakfast. Worst things: no paid maternity/paternity leave, no bonuses, no child care and absolutely no working from home, though you are expected to check emails and answer them 24/7 (??! Yep, it makes no sense). It's not really a company for parents/those with families unless you want to be away from your family all the time weekdays & week nights. If you're a young 20 something with no attachments, you'll love it since it's like high school 2.0 with a college drinking culture and some awkkward interoffice romances...
No 401K matching... Medical is competitive with other companies. Vision and dental is so-so.
Low pay and long hours. But there's pretty much always work.
I am unaware of any benefits provided by Luma Pictures, thus the neutral rating.
