great 401K with company match
average health coverage / good stock option potential - salaries appear to be within range
As an intern, I was not a benefactor of the benefits package, and I do not know enough to speak on it one way or the other.
Free coffee. Slightly above average Health Insurance, Dental Insurance. 401k plan, but no match. No Employee Stock Purchase plan. No stock options. Performance bonus is split 25% your performance, 75% of the company's financial performance. The company tends to spend a lot of money on acquisitions, however, so they rarely meet the numbers they want to achieve, meaning you don't get anywhere near what you worked for. Maximum bonus (exceeds expectations) is 10%. Maximum pay raise (exceeds expectations) is 4%. For all travel, you are required to pay up front and get reimbursed (Nice if you've got a credit card with good rewards). Basically the bare minimum a company can get away with in a highly competitive field and in one of the most expensive parts of the country.
