Healthcare is SO COSTYL and is a healthcare company. Not allow stock optiions unless a VP, so most people are VPs unless you are a peon.

80 hours is all that is allowed to roll over. This encompasses all including sickness. The work load is heavy and no time to take off. Why penalize the good employee by taking anything over 80 hours away. UP that roll over.
The problem with Lumeris is that a lot of their policies keep changing, and left to the discretion of the supervisor and HR. Discretion leads to favoritism and discrimination. Documented policies and guidelines are very few.
