The healthy catering and gym membership has improved my physical and mental fitness!
Best: Great health care coverage, lots of snacks and drinks, catered lunch 4 days of the week, generous learning budget, parental leave, gym reimbursement. Worst: "Flexible" time off wasn't actually flexible when receiving judgment from manager and peers.
Pro: Catering 4x week, stocked fridge full of snacks, shelves of cereals, nuts, power bars and different types of coffee and tea. Gym, cell phone and later night lyft home reimbursement. Stipend for dinner ($30) if you work late. Full medical, vision and dental. Cons: there is a 401k plan but no matching. Used to have an unlimited vacation policy but some people took advantage of it, so now there is a 4 week off (20 days) total policy which includes sick days. Company culture not well set up for remote work.
You get more than you need in pretty much every category. Free gym membership, more dental than I could ever use (I had 10 cavities this year and still didn't break my cap) free lunch four days a week and enough snacks through the whole week to pretty much never spend money on food, leisure areas with ping pong and shuffleboard, and more.
The unlimited vacation and flexible days off is very useful.
Unlimited PTO, subsidized gym memberships at Equinox
amazing benefits. Free food, free gym, free phone bills, lots of distractions in the office.
Competitive pay, unlimited PTO, tons of free food drinks and fun! I do wish they would match on 401K and charitable donations though understand why they don't as a busness.
