    Your accrual rates almost double after 2 years and again after 5 years of employment.

    PTO only no vacation or sick. It is not worth working here. I have worked at other places since then that have offered better benefits.

    PTO only. There is no discrepancy between sick/vacation. You get 12 PTO days on your first 2 years, then it goes up to 17 after 3-4 years. If you happen to make it to 5 or more, you get 23 days.
